Hari Daniya Ki Chatni (Green Coriander Chutney) Recipe

Serves 10


  • Leaves from 3 to 4 sprigs of coriander
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2 oz fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar


1. Grind, pound, or blend in a blender the coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger and half tsp salt to make a thick paste.
2. Stir in the lemon juice and add sugar and extra salt to taste.
