Health Muffins Recipe
Instructions:1. In a large mixing bowl combine the bran, milk, eggs, oil and honey.
2. In a second bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients.
3. Add the dry mixture to the liquid and mix thoroughly.
4. Fill oiled muffin tins.
5. Bake in 350 F oven for 30 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned.
6. Cool on a rack.
7. When thoroughly cooled, store covered in refrigerator or freezer.
