Whole Wheat Muffins Recipe

Makes 12 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup Nora Mill whole wheat mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk (milk is okay)
  • 1/2 melted butter or margarine


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Grease muffin tins.
2. Beat eggs and buttermilk (or milk). Then, add in butter.
3. Stir in mix (do not over mix, leave it lumpy).
4. Divide into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
5. Muffins should be firm and pulling away from the sides of pan.
