Nora Mill Buckwheat Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup nora mill buckwheat flour
  • 3 tbsp nora mill whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions:

1. Dissolve dry yeast into lukewarm water.
2. Add buttermilk, both flours, and salt, then mix well.
3. Let set overnight.
4. Bake the next day on a hot griddle.
