1. Measure dry ingredients into a very large mixing bowl that has a lid.
2. Add eggs, oil and milk.
3. Blend well.
4. Stores for 6 weeks in frig.
5. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full and bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes.
