Six-Week Muffins Recipe

Makes 60 muffins



Ingredients:

  • 10 cups fruit bran cereal (1 box)
  • 5 cup flour
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 5 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 cup sour milk or 5 tbsp vinegar + 5 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil


Instructions:

1. Measure dry ingredients into a very large mixing bowl that has a lid.
2. Add eggs, oil and milk.
3. Blend well.
4. Stores for 6 weeks in frig.
5. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full and bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes.
