Vegetable and Herb Rice Oriental Soup Recipe
Serves 4 Ingredients: 1 box quick brown rice (Vegetable and Herb)
5 cups water
4 tbsp tamari soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 cups mung bean sprouts
Instructions: 1. Cook contents of box according to package directions.
2. Add the soy sauce, oil, and lemon juice.
3. Stir and let simmer for 5 minutes more.
4. Add the sprouts and just heat through.
5. More tamari soy sauce may be added to taste.
