Weight Watcher Cookie Recipe

Makes 1 big cookie

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup non fat dry milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp sweetner
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla


Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients and form 1 large cookie.
2. Bake at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes.
