No-Bake Caramel Cookies Recipe

Makes 24 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 6-oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 pk instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 3 1/2 cups quick cooking oats


Instructions:

1. In saucepan, combine sugar, margarine and milk.
2. Bring to a boil and add pudding and oats.
3. Remove from heat and stir thoroughly.
4. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet or waxed paper.
5. Let cool for 15 minutes before eating.
