No-Bake Buffalo Chips Recipe

Makes 12 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter/heaping
  • Oats
  • 1 stick butter


Instructions:

1. Pour milk, cocoa, vanilla and sugar in pan.
2. Cook on medium-high until it comes to a steady boil.
3. Reduce heat to low.
4. Add butter and peanut butter, allowing the butter to melt before adding the peanut butter.
5. Turn off heat and stir in enough oats until firm.
6. Drop on wax paper.
7. Let sit for an hour before removing.
