Granola-Buttermilk Muffins Recipe
Instructions:1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups (2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch).
2. Beat in brown sugar, shortening and buttermilk thoroughly.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy).
4. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
5. Bake until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
6. Immediately remove from pan; serve warm.
