Sourdough Cornmeal Cakes Recipe

Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sourdough starter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp salt


Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together the night before and let rise in a warm place.
2. Bake on a griddle the next morning.
