Quick Buckwheat Cakes Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup flour, buckwheat
  • 3/4 cup flour, white
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 3/4 cup milk, sweet
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp shortening, melted


  • Instructions:

    1. Sift dry ingredients.
    2. Mix egg, milk and shortening and add to dry ingredients.
    3. Beat until smooth.
