German Puffed Pancake Recipe
Instructions:1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Melt butter/margarine in 2 pie pans/plates.
3. In a blender, blend eggs, flour and milk.
4. Pour mixture into the pans/plates on top of the melted butter/margarine.
5. Bake in oven for 15 minutes and watch the pancakes crawl up the sides of the pan.
6. Serve with your favorite toppings: whipped cream and fruit, powdered sugar, maple syrup, etc.
