Sherried Baked Fruit Recipe
Serves 20 Ingredients: 40 oz canned pineapple chunks
20 oz canned sliced freestone peaches
17 oz can apricots, sliced
16 oz pitted bing cherries, or blueberries
30 oz canned spiced apple ring
1/2 cup butter
4 tbsp flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sherry
Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 F.
2. Drain fruit.
3. Arrange in layers in a 3-quart baking dish.
4. Melt butter.
5. Add flour and stir until well blended.
6. Add brown sugar and sherry.
7. Cook until thick.
8. Pour over fruit.
9. Bake for 30 minutes.
