Raisin Pie Recipe
Instructions:1. Boil raisin, first amount water, and juice, for 5 minutes in a covered pot.
2. Combine the brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, orange rind, salt (dissolved in second amount of water).
3. Add to cooked raisins.
4. Bring to a boil, stirring.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Add vinegar and butter.
7. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
8. Top with other pastry.
9. Bake in hot oven (425 F) for 25 minutes or until done.
