Raisin Bran Muffins Recipe

Makes 48 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 15 oz box raisin bran
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 5 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 5 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 quart buttermilk


  • Instructions:

    1. Mix first 5 ingredients; add oil, eggs and buttermilk.
    2. Store in closed container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
    3. Bake @ 425 degrees for 18 minutes.
