Hawaiian Pineapple Pie Recipe
Serves 8 to 10 Ingredients: 3 eggs, well beaten,
1 cup corn syrup, light
1 cup pineapple, crushed, with juice
1 cup coconut, flaked or grated
1 cup sugar
2 tsp flour, all-purpose
1/2 margarine, melted, stick
1 pie shell, unbaked, 10-inch
Instructions: 1. Combine eggs and corn syurp; beat until well blended.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients an mix well.
3. Spoon into pie shell and bake 350 degs.
4. for about 30 minutes, or until pastry is brown and filling is firm.
