Chutney Barbecue Glaze Recipe
Serves 3 Ingredients: 1 crushed pineapple, 20 oz can
1/2 cup chutney, cut-up
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger, ground
Instructions: 1. In a saucepan combine all ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
3. Use to baste lamb, pork or ham the last 15 minutes of grilling.
4. Pass remainder.
