Pear and Raisin Charoses Recipe

Serves 12


  • 2 small pears, cored and coarsely chopped
  • 12 dried apricot halves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 oz sweet red wine


1. In medium bowl, combine pears, apricots, raisins, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon; mix well.
2. Stir in wine.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
