Pear and Raisin Charoses Recipe
Serves 12 Ingredients: 2 small pears, cored and coarsely chopped
12 dried apricot halves, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 oz sweet red wine
Instructions: 1. In medium bowl, combine pears, apricots, raisins, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon; mix well.
2. Stir in wine.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
