Saute of Summer Fruit Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 4 dark plums, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pint raspberries
  • 1/4 cup red currant or other jelly
  • Frozen vanilla yogurt


  • Instructions:

    1. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    2. Stir in the jelly then add the peaches and plums.
    3. Cook for about a minute until the fruit is hot and the jelly syrupy.
    4. Add the berries and remove from skillet.
    5. Serve poured over frozen yogurt or serve topped with frozen yogurt.
