Passion Fruit Mousse Recipe
Serves 8
You can make the same recipe using coconut cream, strawberries or any other fruit of your choice.
Ingredients: 1 can evaporated milk, chilled overnight
8 gelatine leafs or 1 1/2 package powdered gelatin
2 cups passion fruit juice
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
Instructions: 1. Dissolve gelatin in water.
2. With an electric beater, whip evaporated milk until firm and foamy.
3. Add sugar and beat for 1 minute.
4. Stir in gelatine.
5. Stir in juice.
6. Place in oiled mold and chill for at least 6 hours.
6. Unmold and serve with passion fruit sauce.
