Pecan Orange Slaw Recipe

Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 4 oranges,small
  • 1 cabbage head,small
  • 1/2 cup pecans,chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions:

1. Peel oranges and cut into small pieces.
2. Shred cabbage.
3. Combine cabbage, orange pieces, and pecans.
4. Mix remaining ingredients together, pour over slaw, and toss lightly.
5. Cover and refrigerate 20-30 minutes before serving.
