Orange Creamsicle Pie Recipe

Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 18 graham crackers, finely crushed, about 1-1/4 cup crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 qt vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 6 oz orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • Cool whip
  • Orange slices


  • Instructions:

    1. In small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 9" pie plate.
    2. Set aside.
    3. In large bowl, with electric mixer on medium speed, blend ice cream and orange juice concentrate; spread in prepared crust.
    4. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
    5. Before serving, garnish with Cool Whip and orange slices.
