Jellied Fruit Soup Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 pk sweetened lemon flavored gelatin


  • Instructions:

    1. Heat fruit juices to boiling.
    2. Add gelatin.
    3. Stir until dissolved.
    4. Pour into a shallow oblong mold.
    5. Chill until firm.
    6. Cut in small cubes.
    7. Serve in bouillon cups with crisp crackers.
