Melon in Mint Sauce Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp minced mint
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup cubed honeydew melon
  • 1 cup cubed watermelon


  • Instructions:

    1. Combine the first four ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
    2. Add to the melon, toss lightly, and chill for several hours before serving.
