Pickled Mango Recipe

Makes 2 gallons

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Hawaiian salt
  • 4 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp 5-Spices
  • 2 tbsp red coloring
  • 5 cups sliced green mangoes


  • Instructions:

    1. Combine ingredients.
    2. Boil, cool, and pour over sliced mangoes.
