Pickled Mango Recipe
Makes 2 gallons Ingredients: 2 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup Hawaiian salt
4 1/2 cups brown sugar
6 cups water
1/2 tsp 5-Spices
2 tbsp red coloring
5 cups sliced green mangoes
Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients.
2. Boil, cool, and pour over sliced mangoes.
