Double Mango and Habanero Salad Recipe
Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 mango
1 mango, green
2 habanero chiles, seeded and , chopped
2 shallots, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp thai fish sauce
1 lime juice (fresh), one lime
2 tsp sugar
1 pinch salt
Instructions: 1. Peel mangoes, cut the flesh away from the seeds and slice into thin strips.
2. Place in a bowl.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
4. Serve.
