Sour Cream Lemon Muffins Recipe

Makes 12 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg beaten


  • Instructions:

    1. In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients but the 1 tbsp sugar.
    2. In a small bowl combine the wets.
    3. Stir til moistened.
    4. Spoon into muffin cups- sprinkle remaining sugar on tops.
    5. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
