Sour Cream Lemon Muffins Recipe
Makes 12 muffins
Ingredients: 2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup milk
1 egg beaten
Instructions: 1. In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients but the 1 tbsp sugar.
2. In a small bowl combine the wets.
3. Stir til moistened.
4. Spoon into muffin cups- sprinkle remaining sugar on tops.
5. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
