Fruit Waffles with Pineapple Maple Syrup Recipe

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (20 oz) Dole pineapple chunks in juice, drained (reserve 3/4 cup juice)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • Dole mandarin orange segments (drained)
  • Dole raisins


Instructions:

1. Combine maple syrup and cornstarch in a saucepan. Mix well.
2. Cook, stirring until mixture boils and thickens.
3. Prepare waffles according to your favorite recipe.
4. Top waffles with pineapple chunks, mandarin orange segmentsa and Raisins. Cover with syrup.
