Fruit Cup Recipe
Serves 6
Calories per 2/3 cup serving: about 95.
Ingredients: 3 tbsp frozen lemonade concentrate
1 medium apple, cored, diced
1 medium orange, peeled, sectioned &, diced
1 medium peach, pitted, diced
1 medium banana, peeled, sliced
1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped
Instructions: 1. Skins of apple and peach may be removed, if desired.
2. Place lemonade concentrate in a large bowl and mix lightly with fruits as they are prepared.
3. Chill.
4. Garnish each serving with chopped walnuts.
