Fresh Fruit Platter Recipe

Serves 6

Nutrition per Serving: 197 calories, 44 g carbohydrates, 3 g protein, 1 g fat, 90 mg calcium, 50 mg sodium, 2 mg cholesterol, 4 g dietary fiber.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Aunt Jemima syrup or Lite syrup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 2 cup halved strawberries
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 kiwifruit or small oranges, sliced


  • Instructions:

    1. For dressing, combine yogurt, syrup, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and cinnamon; mix well.
    2. Chill until ready to use.
    3. Dip banana slices in remaining lemon juice.
    4. Arrange with remaining fruit on platter.
    5. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
    6. Serve with dressing.
