Fresh Fruit Frappe Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cut-up cantaloupe or honeydew melon
  • 1 cup cut-up pineapple
  • 1 cup cut-up mango
  • 1 cup strawberry halves (about 1/2 pint)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Crushed ice


  • Instructions:

    1. Mix all ingredients except ice.
    2. Fill blender half full of mixture; add crushed ice to fill to top.
    3. Cover and blend on high speed until uniform consistency.
    4. Repeat with remaining mixture.
    5. Serve immediately.
    6. Garnish with fruit if desired.
