New Year's Sherried Figs Recipe

Serves 2

After you're through with the recipe, you can keep the sherry for pudding sauce.

Ingredients:

  • California dried figs
  • California sherry
  • Confectioners' sugar


Instructions:

1. Place plenty of California dried figs in a bowl.
2. Cover with California sherry.
3. Turn occasionally so all figs are well soaked in the sherry.
4. Let them stand for 24 hours or longer.
5. Drain and roll lightly in confectioners' sugar.
