Curried Fruit Recipe
Serves 8 to 10 Ingredients: 16 oz pear halves or slices, drained
16 oz apricot halves, drained
16 oz pineapple chunks, drained
16 oz peach halves or slices, drained
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp curry powder
Instructions: 1. In a 2-quart casserole dish, add all fruits and stir.
2. In a small saucepan, melt butter.
3. Stir in brown sugar and curry powder and mix well.
4. Pour this over the fruit mixture.
5. Allow to stand for 1 hour.
6. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
