Lady Apple Fruit Wreath Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz jar whole spiced crabapples, drained
  • 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1-2 tsp milk
  • 2-3 drops red food coloring
  • 1/3 cup chopped, toasted pecans
  • Bunch parsley or watercress

    • Instructions:

    1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, milk and food coloring.
    2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
    3. Frost each apple, using scant teaspoonful of cheese mixture, half-way up sides, covering bottom of apple.
    4. Dip bottoms of apples in chopped pecans.
    5. Arrange apples in wreath of parsley or watercress.
