Citrus Marinated Fruit Recipe
Serves 12 Ingredients: Marinade:
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup dry white wine, or white grape juice
Fruit:
1 1/2 cups cantaloupe balls, or cubes
1 1/2 cups blueberries
1 1/2 cups green grapes, seedless, halved
1 1/2 cups strawberries, halved or whole
Garnish:
Fresh mint leaves, if desired
Instructions: 1. In small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients; mix well.
2. In large bowl, combine all fruit except strawberries.
3. Pour marinade over fruit.
4. Cover; refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.
5. Just before serving, gently stir in strawberries.
6. Garnish with mint leaves.
