Bake Cherry Cheese Pie Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 9" graham cracker crust
  • 1 pk 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup 14 oz sweetened condensed
  • Milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/3 cup concentrated lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling


  • Instructions:

    1. In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    2. Beat in Condensed milk until smooth.
    3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
    4. Pour into crust.
    5. Chill 3 hours or until set.
    6. Top with desired amount of e filling before serving.
    7. Refrigerate leftovers.
