Raspberry Bran Mufffins Recipe
Instructions:1. Preheat over to 350F.
2. Line muffin tins with paper cups.
3. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl.
4. Whisk buttermilk, oil and eggs in large bowl to blend.
5. Add dry ingredients and cereal and stir until just blended.
6. Spoon 1/4 cup batter into each muffin cup Using small spoon, make well in center of each and fill well with 1 tbsp jam.
7. Spoon remaining batter over.
8. Bake until done about 25 minutes.
9. Turn out onto rack.
10. Cool slightly.
11. Serve warm or at room temperature.
