Cranberry Chutney Recipe
Makes 2 pints Ingredients: 1 lb fresh cranberries
1 tart apples
2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup candied fruit
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger, ground
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp allspice, ground
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Instructions: 1. Bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes, uncovered.
2. Stir occasionally, jar, seal and process in boiling water for 15 minutes.
