Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes Recipe

Serves 3

Food Exchange per Serving (4 Pancakes): 3 starch/bread exchanges, 1 milk exchange. 20 mg protein, 8 g fat, 72 g carbohydrates.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cup milk, (low-fat)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup blueberries


  • Instructions:

    1. In a medium bowl, mix together whole wheat flour and baking powder.
    2. Beat in the milk, eggs and oil. 3. Stir in blueberries.
    4. Lightly oil a frying pan and spoon batter on tablespoon. Makes 12 pancakes.
