Fried Plantains Recipe
Serves 6 Ingredients: 4 ripe plantains
Oil for frying
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
Instructions: 1. Preheat the fryer.
2. Peel the plantains and slice thinly on the base.
3. Fry in batches until golden brown, about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
