No-Fat Banana Split Pie Recipe
Serves 8 Ingredients: Crust:
2 cups snack wells fat-free cinnamon snacks
1 1/2 tbs sugar, plus
1 1/2 packets sweet and low
4 tbsp liquid butter buds
Filling:
2 bananas, sliced
2 cups sugar-free, no-fat vanilla pudding
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups lite cool whip
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions: 1. Crust: Combine all ingredients and press into the bottom of an 8-inch pie pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 - 5 minutes.
3. Filling: Layer ingredients in crust in order listed.
4. Refrigerate and serve.
