Hawaiian Banana Muffins or Bread Recipe
Makes 12 muffins Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup Crisco
2 fully ripe bananas
2 eggs
Instructions: 1. Blend Crisco, bananas and eggs in blender; set aside.
2. Sift dry ingredients together.
3. Add blended ingredients to dry ingredients and mix lightly.
4. Pour into lightly greased and floured loaf pan.
5. Bake at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes for bread, less time required for muffins.
