Grapes with Yogurt Sauce Recipe - Printable Version Serves 2
- 1 small ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- Superfine sugar, to taste
- 1 dash rum
- 1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, rinsed and halved
- Mint leaves or chopped Pistachio nuts, for garnish
1. Puree banana with yogurt and season with some superfine sugar and a dash of rum.
2. Spoon into the bottom of wine glasses and spoon grapes over the top; garnish with mint or pistachios.
