Waldorf Salad Recipe
Serves 6 Ingredients: 4 large apples, core, coarse chop
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 pk success white or brown rice,, cooked
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Instructions: 1. In bowl, toss apples with lemon juice.
2. Add cooked rice, celery, walnuts and raisins.
3. Mix sour cream, amyonnaise, and yogurt.
4. Add to rice mixture and mix well.
5. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
