Vegan Cole Slaw Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, unpeeled, cored and diced
  • 2 cups slivered cabbage (red or green)
  • Plenty of raisins
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  • Instructions:

    1. Place apples, cabbage and raisins in bowl; toss. 2. Combine all else in cup and mix. 3. Pour on top and serve.
