Serves 6 to 8



1. Peel and cut up 4 cups apples.
2. Combine apples with 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, lemon extract, and vanilla, pour into shell.
3. Top with mixture of pancake mix, 2/3 cup sugar, egg and melted butter.
4. Bake for 35 minutes at 350F.
